PJKO Terms & Conditions — please read carefully before use

1Introduction & Consent

By using the PJKO website and mobile application, you confirm that you fully agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, please refrain from using PJKO's services.

PJKO is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These Terms & Conditions have been drawn up in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh and applicable international regulations. PJKO reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.

2Account Registration & Management

To create an account with PJKO, the following conditions must be met:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• A valid and active mobile number must be provided.
• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all associated accounts will be terminated.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Sharing your account login credentials with anyone else is strictly prohibited.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, PJKO may request a copy of your National ID or passport for identity verification at any time. Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC is completed.

3Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on PJKO can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The payment rules are outlined below:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000 (for fully KYC-verified accounts).
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 5–24 hours.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from a mobile banking account registered under the same name.
• Depositing or withdrawing via third-party accounts is strictly prohibited.

PJKO adheres to international standards for anti-money laundering. Where suspicious transactions are identified, PJKO reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities and may temporarily suspend the account in question.

4Bonus & Promotions Terms and Conditions

PJKO regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotions. The following general terms apply to all bonuses:

• Welcome bonuses are subject to a standard 30× wagering requirement — meaning you must wager 30 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• Winnings from free spin bonuses may be subject to a 20× wagering requirement.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited.
• Every bonus has a set expiry date — any bonus not used within the specified time will be forfeited.
• PJKO reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5Betting Rules

The following rules must be observed when placing bets on PJKO:

• Bets once placed cannot be cancelled or amended.
• Pre-match bets will not be accepted once an event has already started.
• Odds may change during live betting — the odds displayed at the time the bet is placed are final.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.
• In an accumulator bet, if one event is voided, only that selection will be removed from the bet.
• If a technical error in the betting system causes incorrect odds to be displayed, pjko reserves the right to void the affected bets.

Pjko reserves the right to identify and void bets placed in connection with match fixing or unfair advantage. If such bets are detected, the account will be terminated and all winnings forfeited.

6Game Rules

All games on pjko operate using third-party certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game-specific rules are as follows:

• Each game's RTP (Return to Player) is set by the game provider and is not modified by pjko.
• PJKO may void any winnings obtained as a result of a technical error in a game.
• The dealer's decision is final in all Live Casino games.
• Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through game software bugs or hacking will result in permanent account termination.
• Games can be played on mobile data or Wi-Fi — however, PJKO is not liable for any game disruptions caused by loss of connection.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the PJKO platform:

• Creating an account using another person's name or personal details.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional benefits.
• Using software or bots to place automated bets.
• Placing bets on behalf of other members or using another person's account.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to PJKO's systems.
• Unauthorized use of the PJKO name or logo.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

8Privacy & Data Protection

In short, pjko does not sell your data to third parties. However, information may be shared where required by law or upon request from a regulatory authority.

9Responsible Gaming Policy

PJKO believes betting and gaming should be a source of fun — not a means of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly. Available on PJKO:

• Set daily and monthly deposit limits at your convenience.
• Option to self-impose a Cooling Off period on your account.

10Account Closure & Suspension

Pjko may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Any breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registration with false or incomplete information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Account operation by a minor.
• Account inactivity for an extended period (1 year or more).

Members may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned once the verification process is complete.

11Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact pjko's support team first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

If the support team is unable to resolve an issue, it will be escalated to senior management. Acceptance of pjko's final decision is a condition of use. In dispute resolution, guidance from pjko's licensing authority shall take precedence.

12Terms & Conditions Update Policy

Pjko reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes in advance via email or in-app notification.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The latest version of these Terms & Conditions is always available on the PJKO website. Previous versions are not retained.
